ASEA Diamonds headed to the beautiful Ritz-Carlton on the Caribbean getaway island of St. Thomas in November for this year’s annual Diamond Summit.

This Peak Performance event rewards Diamonds for the time and effort they put into building their businesses and changing lives. The whole trip is for unwinding, exploring, and collaborating with peers.

To start the trip, Diamonds relaxed and toured the resort— the perfect way to prepare for the magnificent days ahead.

One of the highlights of the event was the opportunity to tap into the knowledge and experience of these incredible Diamond leaders by giving them a chance to share their strategies for success in a five minute Ted Talk style presentation. The room filled with energy as each Diamond lit up the stage with their enthusiasm and passion for network marketing. Associates who weren’t there in person will have the chance to enjoy recordings of these edifying presentations on our YouTube channel.

Later that evening, Diamonds dressed head to toe in white clothes for the opening party featuring local painter, Mitch Gibbs. The guests received autographed prints of Gibbs’s artwork to take home with them as a reminder of the party’s theme: Life is like a canvas. It begins blank. Every day is another brush stroke, and you are the artist. Create your own masterpiece.

Day three of Diamond summit was dedicated to excursions! Some of the guests took a dip in the alluring blue waters around St. John Island with kayaking, snorkeling, sailing, and swimming adventures. The land-loving Diamonds headed to local boutiques to browse unique products and checked into the Ritz-Carlton spa for some R&R.

The weekend ended with a lively recognition dinner overlooking the ocean and dancing to the tropical cover songs of Hurricane Bob and the Smashing Mangos at the pristine Villa Botanica.

This year was Jeri and Bobby Martin’s second time at Diamond Summit. They said, “It was refreshing just to relax and enjoy a little down time.
